he's been beaten in his last six tourneys, might be worth backing the slaphead soon
Of course he’ll win soon.
Wonder if it’s the new darts taking their time to bed in for him? Or perhaps a more general dip in form given he’s not world champ and by his high standards didn’t do as great season as we’d all expect.

Must be the first time MvG has not won a players champs event in the first two weekends of the new season??
Have to go all the way back to 2011 for the last time he didn't
Wow cheers, didn’t think it would have been that long! Definitely not the player he was, whatever the reason(s) is...

The BDO players of 2016-2019, you know the ones that were abused to high heaven on here, have pretty much dominated the PDC events so far this year. Jeff Smith made a final last weekend, Harms beat Anderson this weekend, Glen is unbeaten and near the top of the PL and now "Ratty" has made a final today.
The truth is that there has been never much between the codes up until this year, despite the fanboys claiming otherwise.

There was definitely a lot of p1ss taking when ratty won the masters.
Now on course for an 8th pdc title.

I think that was 6 out of 6 on doubles from Sedlacek.
Was ruthless finishing. Match lasted all of 9 minutes!
Has MvG ever done that??
I honestly can’t recall ever seeing it before but I’m sure it must have been done.
I marked an MvG/Gando game that MvG won 6-0. Hit 6/7 all on tops. Missed 1 at tops in leg 6.

Said this after the world finals but the gap at the top is narrowing, mvg is averaging 98 after the first 4 events (4th) and there are 20 players averaging between 95 and 100 after the first 4 events.
It looks like we are heading for a couple of years of different winners at every event.

So it wasn’t 6 out of 6, thanks for that

Wasn't perfect finishing, but van Gerwen beat Evans 6-0 in Austria last year in under 9 minutes.

Strong last 8 today
MvG v Noppert
Ratty v Clemens
White v Mensur
Wright v Kuivenhoven
Same 8 players yet again?
God, the PDC is boring.
I bet the same player has won all 4 PCs this year, as well.
No way there's been 4 different winners in this borefest.

The Premier League this year features most of the usual faces.
Only Glen and Sherrock are keeping it somewhat interesting.
