I wonder if they will now that their latest big hype has just been walloped by a 16 year old girl.

A bit of a struggle for both. Both 82s.

They're probably more hopeful that the 16 year old girl improves.

Exactly. Beau is the future of Ladies darts, possibly alongside Fallon. PDC will be more than happy to find an excuse to invite her to something this year.

I see Paula isnt the only person on FB struggling with the concept of Dartconnect recording averages. Apparently the ladies final was 94 vs 93

Nah she’s not slim and blonde so sky won’t care less
Why do people keep repeating this bullshit?

When the PDC introduced the women's qualifiers, they got the players they wanted, Ashton and Dobromyslova. Women playing was a big story, and everybody looked to Ashton to be the more competitive player. When Ashton was playing in the 2019 PDC World Championship and took the first set off Dekker, the crowd were roaring and nobody gave a flying fuck that she was 48 years old.

Had Ashton done what Sherrock did, it would still have been a huge story in darts. Likely wouldn't have hit the USA, but it'd still have been a big story in darting countries.

And Greaves is _sixteen_. 16. If she can improve (and there's no guarantee or even sign of that) to PDC level in reasonable time, she'll be big news. The PDC are playing a long game on women's darts and you can't get much better for long term value than somebody who could be around for another 30 years.

Hedman probably mixed up the final leg averages (93.9 v 92.6) with the match averages. The BDO people are new to DartConnect.

I have no idea at all where Jacklin got her numbers.

Jacklin's numbers are just from her lying, deluded mind.

phil davies wrote: Sun Feb 16, 2020 11:55 am Well just doing a bit of calculator work it is possible to get an average of 30.66( round up to 7) in a losing leg if you throw 12 darts and score 368.
If you go into any of the games in detail on DartConnect she had no leg with that average therefore she is more than likely talking rubbish or a typo.

Robbie Green seemed to have an issue with one of the referees being a nonce. Anyone know anything about this?
