Anyone currently paying money to the BDO for hotels in Spain or Northern Cyprus is an absolute idiot, could easily get there and find no rooms have been paid for.

Probably because Des won't answer their calls.

Yup , there will be far more worthy creditors to the cash than the ones who have just paid it to them. It would be far easier for Des just to throw in the towel now and send them into liquidation rather than be up for fraud later.

Probably friends or contacts he knows in the darting world. Pretty damming comment though.

Another factor is the darting diary.

dates are blocked for the wdf with bdo events that look like they will not happen.

meanwhile Robert macdougal claims info to be revealed re wdt etc when everything is signed and sealed.

According to BDOF a couple of counties tried to call a EGM after everything came out and was threatened with "disciplinary action" if they carried on so they stopped.

McDougall also said, categorically, that the Dutch dropping BDO points was just a rumour and was incorrect, and was then confirmed by the Dutch later that day.

If he told me today was Friday, I would check the calendar.

This is ludicrous. Multiple layers of ludicrousness. Disciplinary action for a shareholder threatening something they are legally allowed to do, and they bought it and shut up?

More fool them!

This is what I've been saying for the past few days about how there isnt enough motivation from anyone to make stuff happen.

If that idle threat was enough to stop folk then what chance of anyone really grabbing the bull by the horns and seeing it through all the way? I just dont think there is anyone who will do that.

You are 100% correct.

I’m sure it was mentioned on df that you were born somewhere around London, is that correct?

If a dog's born in a stable, it doesn't make it a horse.

If a man is born in Kent, it makes him English.
