Yup , there will be far more worthy creditors to the cash than the ones who have just paid it to them. It would be far easier for Des just to throw in the towel now and send them into liquidation rather than be up for fraud later.

I really don't know why a meeting hasn't been called, even within the rules technically the members calling a meeting wouldn't result in it being any earlier.
If it was me and it isn't, I would want to put everyone in the picture, sooner rather than later, in my experience putting things off, in the hope of things improving just makes things worse, and in turn less likely to have a positive outcome. This is what I've been saying for the past few days about how there isnt enough motivation from anyone to make stuff happen.
