For those not able to attend the Torremolinos Open. After voicing concerns as a representative of the Spanish Darts Federation I was assured by the BDO chairman Des Jacklin that the BDO has a fiscal number in Spain (meaning that it pays taxes on the profit it makes there). Each company in Spain has a civil liability insurance so if you paid for your hotel and entry fees through the BDO then you are entitled to your money back unless it was clearly stated that it is non-refundable. Their insurance would cover their losses. Your costs of flights can be claimed back by either the airline or travel insurance if you have it.

If it is the same flyer as used for Northern Cyprus then it state non refundable. And it is down to the player for flights and insurance "
