OK rather than the trolling between 4 sad acts how about we start a thread to get something to read here during this difficult time.

I will start with one not mentioned so much but always struck me as win which was special for many reasons.

This has to be my favourite ever match by some way.

Mine is Mardle v Taylor 2008 PDC WC QF.

I don't even like Mardle and didnt particularly back then. But I really didn't like Taylor.

It was a win no one saw coming as Taylor had made all 14 PDC world finals prior. First ever defeat for the Phil Taylor outside the final at the event.

It was great watching someone really bully him and take him apart mentally.

I bloody love this match - pure drama and top quality as well.

Hankey v MVG at the Slam a personal highlight

Already posted my favourite match, but Taylor also featured in my favourite ever post match interview.

I know I have already posted my favourite ever darts match, but this one was one I will always remember. At the time Taylor seemed invincible.

And then mardle went and fucked up the semi.

That was his year, him and part would have had a great final.

I loved the 2016 final between Lewis and Anderson . 2 guys at the top of their game, close encounter and has my favourite moment in any final when Anderson hits the 170 checkout and just walks towards his wife .

Always comes up in these conversations but i wonder if anyone has found footage of the 1995 match play when jocky wins in the first round

This has to be up one of great WMP finals

The Harrington v Baxter final was much better IMHO
