The PDC website list is a rolling 2 year list.
The tour cards are dished out on the basis of the OoM after the 2011 Worlds. Therefore the link I provided does NOT include money to be defended between now and then. So the money Ana won at the 2009 Worlds won't be included as this wont be within the last 2 years when the tour cards are decided.
In effect the link I provided is the Oom based on the period 4/1/2009 to today. Simply add on winning between now and the end of the year.

Just checked on the pdpa site and it's in the pro tour section Tony and it does say Top 88 ,that are eligiable, will be offered!!!!
