Today marks the half-way point in my quest to make it to nine weeks on Reverend Raw’s Whole Health Plan and whittle away a quarter of myself – 53 pounds – to reach my high school fighting weight, not that I’ve ever really fought anybody. I did try to wrestle a few dates in the back seat of my ’67 Camaro but they slapped me senseless, just like fifteen-time world champion Phil Taylor once did in Vegas, finishing 121 and leaving me with 366 remaining.
“I asked you to take it easy on me I said.” His response, “I did.”
