The minimum quantity purchase of personalized flights is from 50 sets. The printing cost depends on your design, how many ink colors you are using, and how many fins you would like to get printed on. Also we use pad printing technology and we are not able to put shades on colors (no color gradient). We usually use 2 ink colors and print on 2 fins on player signature flights.
I haven't been on here since June but the above post caught my eye & I had a couple of questions, specifically:

1. What would be the price for the minimum order of 50 sets of standard custom Cosmo fit flights? (Would you know Lee? Or how about you The Master)

2. How do I go about getting custom fit flights from Cosmo made, if it's still possible?.

Lee.
Can I have some free flights.
Cosmo are so expensive, a pauper like me can't afford to buy them to trial them.

Agree. I’m over two years with the same carbon (spinning) stems.

The AIR flights last me months at a time.

£84.95 a set on darts corner, bloody hell.
Lee would be the best person to ask Minty, however he only frequents the forum when he accidentally logs on here instead of df.
Been a month since his last error, I mean login.
Give it another few weeks.

I know it's been like 4 months since you asked this, but Perfect Darts has some for 78 pounds, which isn't bad considering the MSRP is 13,000 yen. I don't know how much they would charge you to get them to Dublin though.

£78 seems ridiculous for a set of darts.
But then I am tight....
What's the cheapest Cosmo set?

The barrels are admittedly expensive, mainly because all the craftsmanship that goes into them (every barrel is individually measured, weighed and checked for imperfections as well, a process that most cheap darts skip out on).

But to answer your question, the cheapest set of barrels (almost all others) are ¥11,880. Mansell's darts are actually an oddity being ¥2000 more. Though, perfect darts has those for £77.50 so, they didn't discount those as much. To put things in perspective, we also sell individually numbered, diamond refined, mirror polished darts for the bargain price of ¥54,000 (yes that's only £358). You can count on one finger how many sets of those we sell per year.

It's a professional sport now sparky, you can still get sets for under a tenner just not branded, match weighed etc etc which with the way we play make fek all difference anyway.
