Why would I be seething when I haven't mentioned it at all and couldn't care less about the NI open?
Truly bizarre.
Luckily most of your posts are confined to this thread.

Those averages :DDD:
Waites won a "world pro" twice. One with an 86 average, one with an 87 average.

In fact Steve Beaton,
John Part,
John Lowe (three times)
Keith Dellar,
Eric Bristow (twice)
Jelle Klaasen
Martin Adams
Scott Waites (twice)
Christian Kist
and Jockey Wilson all won Lakeside with an average lower than wade had there.

The winmau masters was won at least 6 times by players with an average lower.

Pretty boring the constant trolling bullshit comparing averages so I will summarise and hopefully put this to bed.

Firstly the averages from the Last 16 onwards, at the European Championship were well below the normal level of a PDC Major, and frankly the standard overall was disappointing. However some great games and Wade showing that in a tournament of average quality, he is more than capable of taking advantage, and winning close matches.

In relation to the poster known as Garry Murphy comparing winning averages from the Bristow, Lowe and Wilson era, not even worth commenting on.

Oh he’s for real, in his own mind...

Perhaps he wants to look back at the recent World Masters for a better comparison - several 100 averages in the quarters and 4 out of 6 96+ averages over long distances from the semis and final (the other two were 90 and 93!).

Had a look in here to see which of Davids posts have inevitably ended up in here, and see JC is comparing today's averages with the bygone era of the 70s and 80s.
Holy moly.
