I think that would be optomistic but not within the realms of possibility, we Brits are the most stubborn people around and the moment someone tells us we cannot do something we want to do it.

If that was the reason for voting then Linford Christie would have been prime minister by now.

Out.

What matters is that we become an independent self-governing nation. It's about democracy. The nation has already spoken.

Don't forget Nickyboy believes the US organised the twin towers destruction, placing explosives in one of the buildings to make sure it was completely destroyed, it's not surprising he'll lap up the propaganda that Mogg and his cronies are broadcasting.
Sorry Pads you are obviously correct, what happened was a couple of arabs took a couple of lessons in planes the size of the Jumbo's drinks trolley and managed to navigate said jumbo jets past the world's most populated airspace, avoid the world's biggest air force and straight into two buildings without anyone knowing.

As for Moggy we had that discussion in January when you told me that leaving the EU would mean that you would have to show your passport whenever you go to Europe and I then got you to think about it and admit that you had to do that at the moment anyway, I think it was you that then said we'd starve and die because we won't get any food or drugs and I asked you to contribute to my fund to help those poor starving and disease ridden Australians/New Zealanders because as they are not part of the EU obviously then cannot get any food or drugs either.

What about the £350m a week for the NHS that was on the bus!! They lied!! - The UK government in 2018 started to give an extra £384m a week extra to the NHS.

And we haven't even left yet.

:UK :UK :UK :UK
WTF are you on about? The NHS is in tatters, would you rather believe the words of known liars than your own eyes? For many years almost all public services have been slashed to the bone. the NHS and many other departments has suffered billions in "efficiency" savings but now things are getting really desperate they are allocating so called "new money" but most of this has already been raised through years of "efficiency" savings. By slashing public budgets the Torys think they are saving money but in reality the adverse problems it creates is costing us more in the long run with national debt is spiralling out of control. When parents of school kids are asked to provide donations and toilet paper you know there is something desperately wrong......

Also it's not just about showing your passport, it's the uncertainty of whether you will be covered by our EU medical arrangements as we will no longer be EU subjects. And from personal experience of much traveling, when entering the EU block via a land border from a country outside of the community there are long delays because people are scrutinised to a much higher degree than traveling within the European Union.
Does the EU have subjects? (apart from how to waste £350M a week in one easy lesson)

No, really lol

And maybe I should HAVE watched them.

Actually pads watch part one of inside Europe ten years of turmoil on BBC iplayer, deals with Cameron's attempt to stop the uncontrolled immigration to this country and the reception and treatment he got from the EU, most notibly Herman Van Rumpoy and tusk.
I laughed when Tusk told Cameron "just because you promised something before you got elected doesn't mean you actually have to go through with it, we do that all the time"
Democracy EU style.

Don't be taken in, many historical manifestos in this country have been broken or never imposed. If politicians didn't lie or mislead they would never get voted in.

Your archaic beliefs have split this country, let's go back to the good old days when we had two world wars and shingles......

To be fair the referendum had no legal standing and didnt have to be honoured....

Also, having a party candidate and/or an agent sat outside the polling station all day can be deemed as intimidating for voters. Not saying this means pour a milkshake over him, but just mentioning it.

Both Labour and Conservative manifestos promised to impliment it, the prime minister promised to impliment it and as for not being law it became law as soon as 498 MPs voted to trigger article 50.

These people throwing milkshakes at veterans should be arrested and charged with assault.
