I think they got the list just about right. Must have been the hardest year ever given it has been the best year ever for sport.
Now how long until all the usual people come out and moan about it being posh and fixed blah blah blah.
I fancy Wiggo to win it, Murray second and Simmonds third.
BBC SPOTY 2012
Re: BBC SPOTY 2012
Agree with you there, must have been difficult but it's a decent list and you could make a case for each one of them. Unlike previous years, any one on the list would be a worthy winner

Jessica Ennis, just because she's gorgeous.

Mo -all the way.

Cracking list and all worthy Winners
But if there is any justice in the World, then Bradley Wiggins should win it
Fancy Ennis and Farah to make the Top Three
Team of the Year could be interesting though, Maybe Team GB might be given that award
Surely Usain Bolt for Overseas Personality

For the first time in memory all are worthy contenders & there are plenty who didn't make the short list.
May be worth watching this year

Gotta agree with the wisdom of spaceman. Ennis is a very tasty bird
