I've put a a deal of bets also, mostly accas with other events.

As the general line, It's Nibali's to lose, expect Zakarin to crack the podium (one of Landa / Valverde will crash / lose time)
Splendid! :WWWW:

Cycling - had the Tour de Yorkshire finishing in Scarborough again last Sunday - large crowds, and undoubtably looks to be a big success once again looking at the crowds.

The Sunday session in particular was a beast by the looks of the hills when I saw the route.

Unfortunately was away for the weekend, so saw nothing of this years on TV.

I'm off to Scarborough next Saturday for a gig in the evening. But going to make a day of it hopefully if the weather is nice.

Where can I park a small van near the sea front either for nowt or cheap? Ta!

Anywhere near the seafront is either on street meters or disc zones (which is max 3 hours - guessing you want more?) - even the side streets are like this. Certainly can't think of anywhere free, your cheapest option could actually be the off-street car parks but they are mainly in town.

Noticed there is a Tesco, how long can you park in there?

Then again I haven't actually checked the address of the venue yet, might be just able to leave the van there!

Think it's 2/3 hours - but not sure. There are the standard signs up but never checked them TBH. If I'm there next week I'll have a butchers if I remember.

If you are working for the venue surely they will let you park.

Well yes, the boss has just told me "Scarborough" but knowing him I could be about 5 miles outside the place :)

Aye. He couldn't have finished any quicker if he was trying to escape from a pretend Welshman in a van.
