Or maybe both.

Definitely the former my ginger friend.

Now off for two weeks holiday so will be able to see all of England's matches.

And for your information, I am completely unbiased in regards to their matches.

I support every team who play against them.

Looking forward to Uruguay vs Russia later today.

Should be a good match.

For me the last group matches are where the World Cup really starts.

So you are looking forward to a dead rubber with very little riding on it? :D

It is far from a dead rubber. Decides the winner of the group and maintains the momentum of an unbeaten team.

That being said, we will not know if it is better to finish 2nd until after tonight's matches.

Well they are both going to get either Spain and Portugal barring some miracle and they won't know what order so won't know if it will be beneficial to lose the match or not.

So can't imagine it being a great match to be honest.

I haven't looked at the schedule but I recall in previous world cups that the better stadiums/times etc are based on the host team winning the group. Might not be the case this time if they expected them to lose!!

Wasn't close was it, couple of early goals killed it and then the red card confirmed the result. Zzzzzzzzzz.

Today hasn't exactly gone to expectations. Surprise wins for both Sweden and South Korea.

Some decent looking last 16 ties with Uruguay vs Portugal, France vs Argentina and Mexico vs Brazil potentially given the half time results.

Win or lose those jammy bastards England look to have an easy tie to reach the quarters.

God we hope you don't get to the final or win it, it's unbearable now so imagine what another win would do. :eng2 :eng2

All the people I talk to a quite level headed about England's chances. Personally I just love the chance of being in these games. The level of excitement before and during a big England game is like nothing else. And of course we should dream the dream, why not. No team has been outstanding at the WOrld Cup and every game from here on in I think is a 50:50 whoever the opposition. We look for like the team we were from 1986-2006 - very tough to beat but without the real creative players who can unlock a good defence. I fully expect extra time and/or penalties in our knock games! (A bit like 1990- Extra time vs Belgium and extra time vs Camaroon)

Well that's me off to watch the England vs Belgium match on the big screen whils in the hotel pool in Mexi Mexico.
Always support the team with Celtic players representing their country so will be firmly behind Dedryk Boyata and Belgium in this match.

Don't think the loss tonight will make any difference.

England were pretty poor tonight but would Still make them 50/50 to win against Columbia.
