Not sure if you are being serious cat boy, but you have hit the nail on the head so to speak. This was started by one of the American's Roddick I think? He started giving a ball boy/girl his towel to hold when serving. It slows the game down and gave him a few extra seconds to compose himself & think about where he wanted to put his serve..... I think a few players complained but no rules where broken.
