6 Nations Cup, 2006?

Does anyone know where I can find any info out about the 6 Nations Cup for 2006?

I've done a search and all I could find was that it was held in England and that England won it. I'm primarily looking for a list of the players for each team as I have a signed poster and I'm fairly sure it was from this event, but I'm not 100% sure. The poster itself is just a plain BDO poster, it doesn't specify any particular event.
