For the 1990 one, is that the year they appeared on Bullseye or when they won the player of the tournament? If it's the Bullseye appearance then I would guess at James Wilson.

1975 - I think he did but not certain if he wore glasses, but was it Conrad Daniels
1978 - I can only think of 2 people for this - it's probably the wrong one but I'll guess at Linda Batten (Maureen Flowers is the other name I can think of lol)

1979 - purely by the names I would guess at Wales for Alan Thomas and Scotland for Murray Smith - never heard of Norman Gilmour either but would guess at Canada
