Help with Unicorn John Lowe darts

Just wondering if anyone on the site can help.

My stem is stuck in the barrel of my John Lowe darts, having smashed the stem on Tuesday. Have tried going to various key and engraving outlets in the hope they may have had a tool to sort this, but to no avail.

Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

Placeholder for Ginge to suggest buying a new set.

Straight screwdriver with a head just smaller than the hole, heat it on the gas or with a lighter, melt it into the centre of the stem and let it cool then unscrew.

Thanks Nick.

Worked a treat in a couple of minutes.

Have a brand new set of Gary Anderson darts that I won in one of our competitions but tried the same set previously and too thin, so have been using my 30+ year old John Lowe darts. They were the ones which when first came out had the stems where the flight went through them rather than at the top.
