The game against anderson and lewis were two of the best games I have ever seen. But for farmers missed double the lewis game would have been 5-5 but I reckon in those two games farmer hit 10 - 14 x 180's
Gary didn't have a chance in the deciding leg with farmer kicking off with something like 180 - 140 and he had no complaints when he lost
Who are these "have a go heroes"? I can only see the one in this thread in regards to critisising Farmer.

It was great!
No what I mean is there are posts on here saying lewis had an easy final and anderson used his shoulder as an eexcuse, its easy to say that but if you has seen the games then you would have drawn a totally different conclusion.
Good night - still going for me chissy and lee

unlike krispy grubby nookie and ozzie the lightweights who went home early!

Cracking day at my first pro tour event. Massive thanks to Grubby and Par Rihonnen for sorting out the access for me. Two nicer guys you could not meet.
The standard of darts was great throughout the day. Lewis, Farmer, Webster, Grubby and a young kid called Jamie Atkins all played great. It was also good to see Gary Anderson back to something like his best following the shoulder problems.
Our sponsored player Justin Pipe lost 6-5 to Paul Nicholson although he was 5-2 up and really should have won, needless to say JP was gutted, but all credit to Paul as he showed real guts to fight back. I honestly think that big runs are in the offing for both JP and Grubby.
It was great to finally meet up with my fellow admin from here, however, they are much shorter and uglier in real life, scary bunch!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thanks again to Grubby and Par and I cannae wait to attend my next event.

Slightly disrespectful to call Farmer an 'easy opponent' given the calibre of opposition he defeated yesterday, as well as the fact that he's made the latter stages of the Masters a couple of times (as an unseeded player). That £3K ought to give him an outside chance of making the Ally Pally, will it not?
Further details to be announced shortly.

I was saying to Dean (Hotspur) yesterday, that having watched Farmer in Crawley back in March I'm really surprised he hasn't done more damage on the tour.
The guy is a really good player.
