i am quite aware of the costs of running comps, i have been involved with runnung a few myself. as for the runners up prize, you stated all the time you were promoting the comp that this was guarenteed, you even spoke to me as i came in at 9:45 am and said the winner and runners up prizes were put up by event sponsors. i believe you said that you also had sponsors for the boards aswell.
