It's a comp attended by about 40-70 people a week and has a guaranteed £1000 1st.Prize,friendly atmosphere,cheap bar prices.

4 Floor boards and 1 Stage Board.

Bit tight sometimes in the darts area,and can run a bit late, but room to mill about in the other room with snooker and sky and central heating! Plus a couple of practice boards.

Halfway through a 4 week ladies competition will run with a prize of about £250-300 if I remember rightly.

Even Chizzy went on to win it 1 year.

Lots of tight matches with lots of nerves in some games,as would be expected.
Could be a good chance of qualifying this week as quite a few players will/could be away at Q School.

Well that's the end of another years panel darts at Wilfrids. Last night's mens winner was Dave Place and the ladies winner was Katie Hoggarth. Runners up were Graham Willets and Clare Wearden. Thank you everyone that came and cheered on the finalists last night and thank you to everyone who has come down each week to take part, we really appreciate all the support you have given us. It's been a fantastic start to 2016 and here's hoping 2017 be even better. Good luck to everyone going to the Isle of Man next weekend. See you all soon and happy darting.
