That's an interesting point, I remember they were in favour of sending 'cease and desist' letters rather than legal action a couple of years ago. One wonders if he received one and ignored it or if the scale of the operation lead straight to litigation?

Oh yes, forgot to mention, there was an application made by BSkyB for lists of his customers to be passed over for further enforcement action. Will be interesting to see what comes of that.
