These is great effort made specially for handicap persons and it looks they are enjoying it but can you please tell me for what purpose they were performing these task.

"they" you mean the people with disabilities are using this because they are not able to throw a dart.
The pendulum (if you watched the video properly) has to spin around the satellite a full circle before you can score.

The magnet that sticks as near to a number is counted so the score goes from 201 down to as close to 0 as possible. We also have protruding dots at each number, this is actually setup as brail for visually impaired people.

Ginge.. the guy asked what the purpose of the satellite is.. I explained and by watching the video it is as well mate.. at the end of the day everyone has fun on the table.. thats the main thing.

Indeed. I have no issue with disabled people playing sports and games but to call it "darts" is a bit of an insult really.
