I don't think there is much doubt in the minds of those concerned where the blame lies. Some of us have been man enough to apologise for our mistakes, shake hands & move on. Others remain strangely obsessed by it and can't let go, which strangely seems to help the quality of content in the other 2 sections of the super forum.
