To start you all off ....

Nope made a vinaigrette and also used some balsamic and pumpkin oil.

Bought a Masterchef cookery course book and working through it.

Incidentally for anyone who does a lot of cooking and looking for a vegetable stock or even something to add a depth to meat dishes try this:

You'll find it in the Polish food section, by far the best mix of veg flavour I've found and not salty like stock cubes.

It's a course powder just add a few tea spoonful into any dish
