Following on from my post on this subject yesterday, thought it might be a bit of fun, and a challenge to post some cryptic crossword clues, and the solver then has to post their own.

I'll start it off with a very easy one.

I don't do hardly any cryptic and never have so they just don't make much sense. Love normal crosswords so tend to just do those.

No to both questions Mike. Was solving the crossword on Tuesday, and took me a while to solve the "troll" answer. Thought that quite funny given this forum, so posted the clue on the Rambling Thread, just for a laugh.

So thought it would be a bit of fun to start this thread.

I got the ate bit and was trying to shoehorn slav or turk into it
