Essex Mark, take a bow

Post by Krispy »

It was great seeing our very own EssexMark up there scoring, joining the legend who is the Kirkulator in lads who have stepped up onto the marking stage.

He was a bit surprised to see me n Conor waving at him from that big yellow sofa, but he managed to almost keep a professional face on while we waved free cans of beer at him :-)

I thought he would like this pic...

OK OK.. I was a guest of the sponsors on their big yellow sofa thing, which comes with 'VIP' treatment. Conor and myself did a walk-on introduced by John McDonald, with the lovely ladies.. then escorted to the sofa, with had ice boxes of beers. Not bad. Great view too!

Fantastic to see Mark up there, doing something which most of us markers would love the opportunity to do!

Well done to Mark. Great lad too apart from his karaoke...although I'm hardly blameless on that front myself.

It shows that more of us may get the opportunity in the future (here's hoping anyway!!!) :-)

I reckon he's slept his way to the top, the guy is a shameless tart who has been seen emerging from many a marker's hotel room.

I'm only jealous

Hi folks - just want to say thanks to everyone for messages and am glad it all went well - really hope it leads to others getting the call in next few years and encourages more people to join us next year doing the Pro Tour weekends as well.
Was great to see Conor, Krispy and Laurie there too!
See you all at Wigan/Barnsley/Crawley next year.
