That rumour is going on on Twitter now. But guess we will have to wait for the PDC announcement to know wheter its him and what the reason is behind the ban. I actually fear its true. He was absent during the last PCs during which he could secure his spot on a tv tournament. Must have had something serious to be absent.

I think its pretty much certain that hes out.

Could well be the end of Richies career if the rumours are to be believed.

Assuming it's true that looks like a great result for Peter Wright, who would now play Andy Smith instead of Stephen Bunting. Potentially Wade v Bunting in the 2nd round.

Bunting to play Wade then in Last 32, rather than Wright.

I wonder if Stuart Kellett is happy with this

As far as Peter Wright's concerned: major luckbox :)

Knowing that Phil is vulnerable in the last 32 I'd imagine John Part would've rather play Phil than Adie

Yeah that one is a surprise. As is the BDO 1996 one, i think.

Mardle, Walsh and Caris all have 11 and may never get another one.

There are 2 more moving on to 12 at this year's World Championships.

37 before the clock ran out......some surprising names that I would have struggled to get who I didn't think had played that many championships.
