Gary Anderson Phase 3 DNA

Post by sammylad »

These are the darts I've been wanting to buy for a few weeks now, so I was very happy to win them the Players Championship competition. :D

Image

As with el_ringo's review of the Barney Phase 5 darts. The DNA Anderson's come with a small wallet and barrels only.
I think this may just be for the DNA darts range. I think the standard Maestro Phase 3's will still come with Shafts, Flights & a Case?

Had a throw for about an hour and they are lovely. I've been struggling with my throw for a few months and chopping and changing my darts. So I'm hoping I can stick with these for a while and get my form back......
Straight away they seem nicer than the Taylor Target 9Zero's I've been using.

For anyone with the Phase 1 Anderson's who are interested in changing, below is a picture comparing them

Image

As you can see the phase 3's are a slightly longer dart and have a higher level of grip. The darts seem to be the same thickness.

Thank You to everyone involved in doing the competitions, they are always very well run. Thanks to TSOD and to Unicorn for the prizes.
Time to sit in front of the television and watch the darts :CCCCC: :CCCCC:

Cool looking darts the rainbow coloured ones and with nice gripping
and good of you putting the two sets up to show the difference

But id never buy a top players darts ever and never have done why ?
well although i could go out and purchase 50 sets of them

i wouldn't buy one set because both the price your paying is because they have
that players name upon the darts and that is something this top darter
wouldn't do is play with someone elses name upon the darts
in which are exactly the same as another top players as in this case Andersons

As im only awaiting my turn when i shall be standing out from the crowd

and then you may purchase my darts guys :) :CCDD: :WWWW:

Lovely darts - been wanting a set of these myself. Hoping the big guy in the red suit will be kind to me this Christmas - if not then the Xmas bonus will be being spent on a set when I can find someone who has them in stock!!!

And made by a Scotsman ^^ :showbum:

Anyhow nice looking darts but looks of a dart alone doesn't make a darter
im just back down from room having my normal throws of cple of bullseyes
then around board from treble 10 to treble 20 and finish on cple bulls
and hit 3 x darts in the bullseye also.

Anyhow when i was on treble 20 and hit such with a ton then decide go again hit an 85
then an 81 and then a 45 and decide ill keep the practice with the scoring
for a time and so hit another ton this time followed with a 180
then an 85 and then another 180 and now the darts im using aint fancy rainbow type
darts as these ones are .. but are 80% hi tec cheap darts

and in my experience from the past many yrs of playing on and off
ive taken every young darts player to the seems on the board
and in a way ive :) as i watch majority of them with their dble
the price fancy darts take to the oche after marking the board again
only for myself to again and again put them to the sword
with my hi tec 80% tungsten darts

Now just been 2 wks playing with these new ones i had sent me
a while back and happy with them

Meantime ive maintained no young lad shall win v myself
on a dartboard and ive still to be taken by a young gun but i reckon my experience
and my prowess on the board has them beat even before they take to the oche
because simply they know how good i am ..

And whilst i await whom next is ready to try their luck v myself
and they often feel as though theyre hitting their head against a brick wall
:banghead: > as i win again

The sole facts remain always for me > its just another day at the oche :D
with these type of cheaper option 80% tungsten darts which these ones cost
me which are now £10.99 new bought from store on the net
sure when seen them on there last

What im trying to say to the many young guys is with my experience
in darts from way back facts are it doesn't go by the price of a dart and look of a dart
as buying such certainly doesn't make a dart player

As that is something in which has to be in you from the start

and im just fortunate to have it :) :CCDD:
