It’s not an app, but I use pro-darter.com from my iPad. Haven’t been using it for long but seems to do the business.

For an app scorer I actually use the russ bray scorer.

It keeps track of all your games and has multiple levels to play against.

I use n01 does a good job , level 9 tends to average between 82-88

I use DartCounter on my iPhone and iPad can play your usual 301,501 & 701 as well as cricket, Bobs 27 all for free on the App Store
