Looking at these figures, the question has to be asked, why is the prize money so low?
You can all have my word now, it's never been our intention to take over the BDO, we have no intention of taking over the BDO,

Darts is awash with money, it's never been as well off, sponsors queuing up, TV companies falling over themselves to get involved, its the fastest growing sport in the world, record viewing figures, record prizemoney, record attendances, how come these figures are so appalling? How can this be?

So is this correct
Since Lakeside, Darryl Fitton has played in 6 challenge tour events and earned a massive £150? Is that it?

The prize money is only low if you compare it to the PDC which is a mistake to do. As a second tier mainly amateur tour the money is actually quite good in parts. I mean a WC with a 100k winners prize can hardly be called low.
