Last ever Finders Masters

In the weekend from 7 to 9 December, the last Finder Darts Masters will be held at Hotel Zuiderduin, Egmond aan Zee. After 4 Years being the main sponsor of the Masters, Finder Relais Nederland BV at the end of the year will end at the end of this year the main sponsor of the longest running world darts tournament in the Netherlands.

Finder became acquainted with the sport of darts in 2004 and a year later this company started sponsoring Martin Adams, an icon of the sport. Meanwhile the company also sponsors Trina Gulliver, Wesley Harms and Aileen de Graaf.

In 2007, the promoter of the Zuiderduin Darts Masters contacted Finder and so the picture for the company completed. Martin Eijsink, General Manager of Finder: As a sub sponsor, participating in the world’s highest and most luxurious darts tournament, where all the players who appear on the stage have placed themselves based on their performance throughout the year. Something that was and still is a class tournament for us.

All those years this tournament has been the place for us to invite our customers as VIP. As VIP they could experience darts and they described darts as super unique and from high quality. Both, customers and employees, have the opportunity to get to know each other in the VIP lounge, have conversations with players, take pictures, etc. A relaxed atmosphere, interesting and funny. After the end of each tournament there immediately we receive reservation of enthusiastic customers who had heard of this tournament and wanted to participate.

In 2015, a next step was taken, Finder became the main sponsor of the tournament. This because our colleagues abroad also were very enthusiastic taking their customers to the Finder Darts Masters in Egmond aan Zee. With the role of main sponsor, we have created a different “look” on and around the stage. Particularly by the 3D-Globe, designed and created by Bart Ontwerp Studio (BOS), which has become the absolute eye-catcher of the Finder Darts Masters.

We also got the chance to set up the Finder Grand Masters tournament with the Italian Darts Federation, this tournament already has a lot of prestige in Italy.

But now it is time for Finder Relais Nederland BV to pass the baton and give a new main sponsor the opportunity to present themselves through this tournament. Martin Eijsink, gives the new main sponsor a tip; “If you want to go for a unique event, where the main course is sportive results of the participants and you want to receive your business relationships in a prime location to experience darts from near, this is a great opportunity with a huge impact to your customers and a boost for your brand awareness.
