Decent enough comp this for BDO amateurs and pub chuckers. Good venue, central location and they don't force you to stay in a caravan.

Phew, Im glad they explained what a seeded player meant on a site for darts fans. Was struggling to work out the significance of it :roll:

This Scott Baker chap has been doing very well lately, don't know much about him so if anyone can enlighten us it would be appreciated.

First time in a while Newton has won a few matches on the spin Baker has had a good year if I remember right he played well at lakeside and narrowly lost.

Watched Baker on the TV a couple of months ago - he was very impressive then, and appears to be continuing his great run of form.

Nice to see Newton back at the business end of a decent comp.
