Re: PDC Asia Tour
Ilagan won event 11. Looks like he is throwing some cracking darts. 5 out of 6 matches same him throw 92+ averages. Started the tournament with a 108 whitewash. Having had all these tournaments this year he is starting to look a real threat.

Lim, Ilagan and Malicdem all through to the quarters of the final event of the season. Malicdem averaged 110.5 in his last 16 match, a new Asian Tour record.
Re: PDC Asia Tour
Is that an Asian all time “known” record?mik252 wrote:Lim, Ilagan and Malicdem all through to the quarters of the final event of the season. Malicdem averaged 110.5 in his last 16 match, a new Asian Tour record.

Some player, Malicdem. Asian Tour event winner, hit a 9 darter and now a 110+ average. Probably been one of the best ‘discoveries’ of the PDC’s international tours this year, as I don’t think much was known about him before.

99 average in the final against Lim to win the final event. The top 5 in the tour head and shoulders above the rest.
Will be interesting to see how they perform at Ally Pally

Re: PDC Asia Tour
Those darts from Malicdem are phenomenally consistent.
This year's World Series was the highest standard yet, and it is hugely encouraging to see players from emerging countries play this well.

Re: PDC Asia Tour
They have to have some sort of qualification criteria and it’s weighted a lot towards the Aussies who get to go to 3 events. I don’t like that Jamie Lewis qualifies for this. Dimi probably deserves it after his one performance.phil davies wrote:Yep but personally I’d like to see more in the finals. It’s a non ranked event with wildcards and for me to make it truly a World Series I want all the vast majority of the wildcards to be outside of the UK/WESTERN Europe. Their is already more than enough opprrtinities for players from these areas to within the PDC. This tournement should solely be about global growth of the game maybe even give all the various qualifiers for the worlds from around the globe a place it would also be good for them to get some tv experience before the worlds. Regions such as India,, Japan, China, Russia and Brazil have such a huge potential for growth and its time to start tapping into that even more. The Jolly Man wrote:The top 4 played in China from the oom and the player that won a match is going to the finals.phil davies wrote:It would certainly be a good idea to give some spots to the Asian tour leaders.Dannyboy wrote:Could’ve got him into the WSOD?
