I don´t get it Can all of these players still keep their tour card? I thought e.g. Quantock or Hine will definitely lose their card?
It's a list of players who currently as it stands if they lose their first games at the Players Champs and / or Worlds (depending on what they have qualified for) will lose their tour cards at the end of the current year and will have to navigate QS if they wish to regain them.
I presume there are permutations of results given if they all win some game that they can all potentially remain in the top 64 for next season but I am not working all that out !

I get this part, but I think e.g. Quantock has qualified neither for Players Champs nor Worlds, or do I overlook something?

PDPA qualifier still to happen so players not yet qualified for worlds have to come through that.
He is being presumptive. Where are Dean Reynolds and Bradley Kirk? Both well on there games at points and looked like they would have a career in the PDC. Neither kicked on after a year. Most wouldn’t back them now.

He is being presumptuous.
I'm being pedantic.
Sport 1 quotes him as saying:
"Ich habe mich entschieden, das nächste Jahr noch in der BDO zu bleiben und im Jahr 2020 den Versuch in der PDC zu starten", schrieb Unterbuchner bei Facebook.
I think a proper translation of that would be something like ...
I have decided, to stay in the BDO next year and then in 2020 have a go at the PDC.
