Someone check Phil Davies is ok...

One of the big 5 in the world, yeah...

That’s goodbye to Mensur’s PL chances too...

Searle played really well and deserved to go through. Draw opens up further in the bottom half. Clear run for Bullyboy to the Last 8, if he plays anywhere near his best.

He may well have played good. But still a cheat

I really hate that interviewer. He could be interviewing a hermit and he'd still end every question with their name.

Your almost as obsessed with me as Daveboy.

Always does shit at the worlds. Will still be in PL World matchplay finalist and semis in other majors easiet ever time to pick the 10 as baring any unexpected finalists here the only 10 players to do anything in the majors this year to deserve a place are

MvG
Cross
Wright
Gando
Wade
Gurney
Smith
Price
Sully
Whitlock but we know they will be putting Barney in instead of him.

Sully going out early makes it even easier for my pre tournement pick to win the thing Cross to win the event though I hope I’m wrong and Gezzy beats him in the semis as I have him EW. Hopefully he wins me another load of cash just like he did at the GSOD and with the added bonus of pissing people of on here

Just a bit of fun, don’t take it personally!

The way this world champs is going it’ll either be an MvG vs Gando final or we’ll have a surprise finalist/winner.

So in terms of the PL, Mensur will be the one to miss out if that happens. We shall see...

Well it won't be a MVG vs Gando final, that's for sure

Ooh, has David made a glaring mistake here? :D

Just like when he declared the Masters will have a new winner despite Walton still being in. The backtracking that day was amusing...

Not the best is he. Asks too many closed questions and answers them himself. Live Darts interviews like the one with Searle above much better.

I used to get called Neil, Neil, orange peel at school.
It was only when I watched this that I realised where it came from, thought it was just a random thing

My mistake, it was Phillips who was still in, not Walton. But still...

Backtracking begins a page or so later when Bruce Terrett mentions it....

Er, isn't Martin Phillips still in?
Yes is he but that wasn't my point quite clearly!!!
So who's the first-time winner we're going to get if Phillips wins it?
Well it'll be the first time he's won it since the last time he won it

ha Hilarious chasing from Ginge and BoreSpark.

I was correct as there was a new winner, Ginge's best friend!

The point was I thought it was either going to be Duzza's or a new champion, I didn't think Phillips would win and guess what, he didn't!

But don't let that distort the truth
