16 Players from the Challenge tour oom from previous year.

16 Qualifiers from Rileys events open to people not at Qschool

Many thanks. I guess with an open draw all rounds it doesn’t matter if all 128 tour card holders get straight in.

Well, it would be 97-128 in R1 and 65-96 in R2, but that makes sense. It could have been sticky if they didn't have 96 tour card holders, or if they had one more or one less, but this way I guess they'll either put both Barnard/Evetts or RJR/Nentjes in R2 and the other two in R1

Seems the players that don't get a tour card can now indeed play in the Amateur qualifiers.

I assume yesterday wasn’t in effect a cut off? If a £0 player wins an event or 2, can they jostle for position up into the top 64, top 96 etc., as such there is money for the L96 this year.
