BDO#1 makes Final of PDC ranking event

Durrant and McGeeney are currently #1 and #5 in the rolling rankings on bdodarts.com. http://bdodarts.com/index.php/rankingsnew/mens-rankings

Will they be deleted and if so why?
They are allowed to play BDO according to their rules so what to do.

Im actually surprised they havent been removed but they will just drop off eventually.

Surely once they won a tour card they should have been taken off.

They just havent remembered to do it but when the BDO matches PDC professionalism at some point in the next year they will be deleted.

No they won’t as they can still play in events in the BDO

No they won’t as they can still play in events in the BDO

Neither are likely to be playing any events and by the point the cut off comes (will assume this is Aug 11 after the Belgian weekend), Durrant will only have 149 points and McGeeney 195. So only the latter will be anywhere near getting into it.

The BDO doesn't have a rule barring them, so there's no reason for them to be removed.

I think a player can cancel their PDC Tour card during the season, so could theoretically switch back.

I don't think they will be removed..

They are eligible by BDO rules to play ranked events should permission be given by the PDC so their points are valid unlike previous years...they won't play any though so they will drop down so they may as well remove them for all its worth....Hamilton and the associates are different..they can easily accumulated points in both BDO and PDC should they wish
