Could do with some reasoning as to why he is the weakest.

It was his time, you could argue that Les Wallace, Tony David or Walton were weaker after their win.
The fact remains he and they are WORLD CHAMPIONS, end of.

Part after his final win. Or are we not counting multiple champs?

Nice try but...

Les Wallace won the Winmau in 98 after winning the world championship, Tony David won the World Trophy and what is now the Finder Masters after his world championship win and John Walton continued to win events and make the later stages of the majors.

Now Rob Cross wasn’t even able to qualify for Lakeside, we’re told how easy it is after all...

In his first year at Ally Pally he stormed to the title...

Surely Kist has to be up there on any such list

or rather , possibly controversially, the worst ex champ would have to be Andy Fordham as he's never won a single World Championship game after he won the title

Both have of course had health issues but certainly better than Nikkiboys suggestions...

For all your trolling David, sometimes you come up with decent retorts and comments.
Take out the last two paragraphs and that is a great response.

Very well.
Lot of sleepless nights, but to be expected.
Out on a stag tonight, haven't had a drink in weeks, thought I would struggle to keep up.
However the stag is ruined and has been taken to his bed, leaving everyone else to savour the delights of Bournemouth. Strip club next, then a casino. He will be gutted he missed it :CCCCC: :DDD:
