This will go down well with a few I'm sure, but Sally's very kind donation is greatly appreciated and I'm well chuffed to have won - The collection has been crying out for a set of the Bob's - there's a gap at 88' -

I'll stick a few pics up when they arrive if anyone's interested.

Thanks again to all those involved in the running, Red Dragon and of course Sally :)

Do it in another thread or you'll give Owen a hernia.

Hehe, nice one fella. You didn't really want to win the main comp as these are far more special. :DDDD:

Cheers to Sally and Bob for supplying the random prize draw :DDDD:

Completely agree. I have won both the cash competition and a set of darts in the Prediction competition, and am both proud and grateful to have done so, however a set of darts actually used by Bob trumps both those prizes.

Think I have probably won circa 14 prizes over the years in our Prediction Competitions, of which I have given away half to other forum members, but had I won one of the sets of Bob's darts donated by Sally, there is no way I would consider passing them on.

Not at all.

Should you have quoted my full post, it would be pretty obvious that I was just recognising what a great prize Hamo has won.

Don't know how old you are, but I am 55, and given that I have followed darts for the last 45 years of my life, and having seen Bob Anderson in his prime winning 3 consecutive World Masters, for me winning a set of his darts, kindly donated by his wife and forum member Sally, is well worth winning.

Where's your sense of humour gone :IIII:

Anyhoo, im 44 and been following for about 38 years and also enjoyed watching Bob in his prime, also been to 4 of his exhibitions(they are a great hark back to the older times) and I also actually own a set of Bob's darts that i won in a raffle after he'd beat everyone in one of those exhibitions including me.

No chance of that freeloader posting in anything other than a comp thread.

As the Leighton Reed darts were out of stock, opted for these Graffiti 26g darts as an alternative.

Just had a quick throw, having received them today and grip is great.

Will post a proper review when I have used them for a couple of weeks.
