If it would let me give 0 I would. I asked for feather free pillow didn't do it respitory issues whole week. The punks trying to rob people at 3am. I tell security. Talk to "manager " not even a sorry or are you ok. They were not aware because security does not tell management about security concerns. Lights burnt out in room. Carpet frayed and old duct tape holing it down. One elevator did not work for 5 days b

Security concerns and maintenance issues
We had made a reservation last month for 3 nights, along with a larger group visiting for a sporting event. The reviews were good and the room rate for President's Day weekend was ok, but not great. When we arrived at 6 pm, we inadvertently walked into the casino first -- which was smokey and sad. We were told that since we were checking in so late we'd have to stay in the building farthest away from the main lobby, and on the first floor. It turns out that it's more like a motel than a hotel, with individual buildings and poorly lit pathways making me uncomfortable walking to our building. A key card was needed to enter the building but we observed the door being propped open and held for others. The deadbolt on our door did not work. The closet doors were off their track. Our toilet kept filling up way too full and I had to turn off the water on a couple occasions. I tried to call the front desk to report this-- but only heard a strange beeping noise when I dialed the guest services number on several occasions. So I then waited in line for 15 minutes at the desk -- while 3 employees ignored guests in line and another seemed to be helping a large party book tickets to a show. When it was finally my turn and I explained the issue, nothing was even recorded because I did not have my official state-issued ID with me at that moment. It was suggested I go back to my room and phone them to report the issue! When I explained that I had tried to do so but the phone number did not work, the employee just shrugged and called over the next guest. Additionally, the overall location is not ideal - it's a long walk to the strip on a busy street with little foot traffic. So while the room was large, and the onsite diner a good value for breakfast, there were more things wrong than right with this place. And, the security concerns I had were justified - another party from our group had possessions stolen when their room was broken into while they were asleep! The security staff treated it like it was a commonplace occurrence. Avoid this hotel!

9 of us. Overpriced , dated rooms, horrible service, to much walking, so many rude bartenders with attitude. You get more help from the Cleaning Staff then you do from Caesars Employees, if you can track one down anywhere on the floor. Can't ever find one. Like one big maze running around in circles.

They take for ever to do something you ask and room keys constantly not working. A real pain when you have 5 room/suite combination and 9 people. Worse trip ever to VegasMore

Here is one for the Tuscany from back in Feb, mate.

I wish I could give zero! This was one of the worst hotel stays I had. I arrived few hours before an early morning meeting. The unwelcoming receptionist checked me into a room at the end of the corridor of the furthest away building without even giving me any choice or guidance. The shower drain was blocked and despite raising the issue with duty manager, they did nothing about it. How are you supposed to shower when your feet are immersed in drain water? The attached pictures speak for themselves.
Dining table had sticky dirt stuck to it, bathroom wasn't clean.
WiFi connection is terrible for even doing basic stuff, which forces you to buy their height speed package.
I booked this for the reviews but would avoid it at all cost! Never again!

Went for a week last time, did all the usual. Helicopter over Grand Canyon, shooting range, zip lines etc.
4 nights of getting pissed and gambling this time, job done. Wife said she will give us a couple of grand to spend. Lovely.

If you don't mind me saying your coming across as a seriously dominated husband there......

She has a substantial amount of redundancy money in her bank account, who am I to argue if she splashes it for once

Caesar's Palace

If you are a woman, allow extra time for a corridor attack (security will not come for the attacker to have enough time)
"Last Saturday, after my son, his fiancé and my daughter were returning around 2 am from some event, and my son left the elevator on the 5th floor, my daughter continued to the 9th floor, where was our room. When she arrived there, a person attempted to attack her. She ran away soon after knocking at our door (she was not able to reach for the card), and when I opened the door I could still see the attacker running after her, but I could not imagine she was running from him. My wife was able to contact my daughter soon after on the phone, and when she came back the person was still waiting for her on the corridor, to tried to attack her again.

I immediately called security, and no one was sent. 15 min later I called reception again, and someone showed up with an incident form that my daughter filed. As we took a picture of the attacker, they said they would do something.

After Caesar were able to process the form, a woman that said over the phone she was the security manager called us, and a few minutes later, another person who presented himself as a security manager appeared at my door with two security guards, and he tried to establish the following.

1. Wanted to check if my daughter was under 21 - she is over 21;
2. Wanted to establish if she was drunk - she barely drinks any alcohol, so she was completely sober;
3. Given that he could not establish 1 or 2, he came to us and said we could call 911, but as "she was not touched, nothing was going to happen to the person". Because of this, my daughter felt intimidated and decided not to press charges.

I sent an email after the checkout, and a mid-manager person called me and said the guest was escorted out.

When I asked him I wanted to know.

1. Why no one was sent when I called security the first time?

2. Why do you have cameras on the corridors if no one is looking at them (not even an automatic system)?

3. Why did the security manager try to establish the Guilt of the Victim first, even implying that she should have allowed herself to be touched or attacked before this incident would become an important case?

The conversation ended at this time he said there was nothing else to be discussed."
