Some good comments there from Mason and AWL re the health of the players. The days of boozing every night followed by a curry were not the good old days according to Mason.

pdc provide free health check ups but a lot of players not taking them.

This crowd is the quietest crowd I think in recent years in the PDC.
You could hear a gnat's fart.
'The Silencer' taking his name too seriously.

Whilst have very little knowledge of gnat"s bowel anatomy, it is not as quiet as obviously appears on tv.

That being said compared to the Tropicana event 2 years ago, both the atmosphere and attendance at the Mandalay Bay is well down.

Seems to be very little fans from the UK, and unlike at the Tropicana the North Americans dominating the spectator numbers.

Yeah it is coming over incredibly quiet on TV.

If smith hit few more scores of 85 to 100 he would have win 6/4 but great finishes to be on 100%

Just spotted Wayne Williams in the room.Attending the event. Had a quick chat and he thanked me for posting in the forum he was here. Said he didn't need that shit and asked me to tell everyone he is staying at the MGM Grand not here. Also asked if I could advise Ginge that he has always paid for his own hotels.

In all fairness he was not upset and took it in good spirits. Actually seems a decent guy.

Back in the venue for the North American Championship.

Haven't had a bet on this but think Dan Baggish will win this tonight.

Baggish wins the final 6-5, was 5-2 ahead. Smith missed a match dart on the bull.

If I was in Vegas, the last thing I would want to do is watch a game of darts.

Is that 3 days in a row now hes been there? for a small PDC event which had unknown Americans in for the first 3 days, someone who has no love for the PDC, who is glad he is out of it all and who is an out of work decorator, hmmm. I know I am out on my own here but must be more to it.

I will be there in November and yes, darts would have been bottom of the list if it was on!
