I’m having the same for dinner tonight, really looking forward to it.

No tea today, just water.

I seem to have taken more photos of booze than food. Starter was crab with lobster mayonnaise and asparagus tips. Then had monkfish and finally cheese. Drinks were excellent.

A favourite of mine which is quick and easy is homemade kebabs.

I follow this recipe - https://www.bbc.co.uk/food/recipes/home ... ebab_56527

Did a beetroot and horseradish 7 day salt cure on two sides of salmon - most delicious with a shaved fennel salad. Merry Christmas Tea Threaders.

Having met Swordy, I can confirm that he is exactly the sort of arsehead that this post would suggest he is.

Merry Xmas, Swordy. :D
