Hughes started off great, but the missed doubles in the 3rd leg costing him big style.

Disappointed for Jamie, but good to see Steve West back to a bit of form. Is one of those players who can beat anyone on his day, but suffers from inconsistency.

Great 161 checkout from Murnan to break De Zwaan and lead 2-0.

Snakebite changing his darts again. Still managed to get through, but expect Mensur to beat him convincingly if he stays with the same set up as today.

Will miss this afternoon as working. Looks like some decent matches.

Expecting to watch the following Quarter-Finals tonight.

Gurney vs Durrant
Aspinall vs Price
Mensur vs Lewis
Cross vs West

Top half of draw is tough to predict the finalist. Mensur or Cross from the bottom.

Lewis who?

PS Aspinall and Suljovic are both 8 letters long.

I am sure you will get a reply later that is rather condescending.

Enjoyed that Aspinall vs Price match. Looked a better quality match than the numbers suggest.

Anyway Peter vs Lewis next up.

Good start from Snakebite quickly going 3-0 up. Is that hair dye running down the centre of his forehead?
