Has Cadby given up on the tour for remainder of 2019 ? Is it only the WC he qualifies for ? not PC or EC ?
Could be. Maybe he's thinking that with his current form, it's WC or bust anyway.
He might also consider that starting again at Q School could be a better option. He's not won much money this year, so if he barely retained his card, he'd be under a lot of pressure next year.

Surely that will effect his visa ?

I don't think it has any special requirements, it just simplifies things for sportspeople. I think it'd only be renewal time where they'd take performance into account. Visa can be up to 3 years initially, so he could have plenty of time on it.

Which one?
