The registered address of the BDO has been changed. Looks like Des is definitely trying to take them to a new level of professionalism.
Most big organisations would go for their posh HQ as the registered address, or if they don't have one then their solicitors or accountants. But not Des, he has taken ..a different.. route,

It will actually quite often depend who is conducting the company secretarial duties. often a local solicitor or accountancy firm.
I imagine whoever they are, they are still local to the Williams (and are renting space that property), and since the old address was the old warehouse, which is now defunct, then they had to move the registered office somewhere, and I'm quite sure Des didn't fancy it at his own personal address.

But that's the boring answer, we can only hope that the reality is more interesting.
