MVG v Wright final looks the most likely.
Do think last night could be the last time we see Anderson at the grand slam?
Hi gm180,
From what I've seen Anderson over the last 12 months has lost the hunger and also the belief he can win big tournaments again. He is comfortably off, injury prone, does'nt get regular match practice by not entering many tournaments etc. When he is good he is amazing, but not much of a 'b' game, too weak on the doubles under pressure and there are now a multitude of good players who can beat him.
Yeah thats exactly what I was thinking. Is he the only person whos played in it every year? Only others I can think of are maybe Lewis and Wade?

Durrant is pretty poor today, not the best of games to watch. Next game should be more interesting, don’t think Price will bottle it like Lewis yesterday but hard not to see MVG winning this now.

Are the darts and setup an exact copy of Taylor’s?

Just weird how he changes things almost weekly, what darts was he using when he threw the world record average a few weeks back?

They're too thick and heavy

Exactly - he can put three darts on pin head, his grouping is among the best I have seen, and they were all over the place. He needs lighter and thinner barrels - and I hate those flights n all.

Dream start for Price, that d18 d20 finish was huge after MVG effortlessly put 2 darts in bull then just wiring the 32 finish. Mvg missing a lot of doubles, maybe Price can go on to defend his title!

What a match so far, think MVG might sneak it now but Price showing big bottle. Top 2 in the world right now for me.

Remarkable leg, MVG hits back-to-back 180s to leave 42 after 9, only for Price to take out 130 to hold.

Cracking match, this.

Price's record against MvG is awful but he never rolls over for him. This could be his breakthrough match against him.

That'll teach RTL7 for not showing the semis.

Some performance from Price.

Considering the record of 0 wins v MVG, Price has serious bottle and always plays his A game v him.

Final should be great, in comparison to what Wright v MVG would have been.

Price to beat Wright in the final.
