First prize of about £700 for the men

There is hardly any non-Russians entered.
John Scott and Warbie notable on the list.

Why, are "Warby" and John Scott planning to take land transport to get there?

I am not attending due to the extortionate costs of obtaining a VISA

Going all that way for a potential £700 first prize didnt put you off to begin with then?

Not really... flight was around £40, hotel £120 for four nights and would have had a day off on the Friday to visit the city

Also, if you win them both and it's 2x £700 ;-)

The hotel was, and for £30 I was able to change the flight to use for Romania in January instead

Don't make it right Ninge. Science is the way to go, we have a problem and we need to fix it. No good having a go at a young girl to make us feel better for our failures......

Aye its about £1250 total once you account for the margin on the exchange rate.

Anyway, I like how they put a black shirted Russian on the flyer. A nice touch. Wayne Baker would be pleased.

Aye Ginge.

John posts for the first time in ages on the forum to answer your question directly, yet all you are interested in is being pedantic. What a surprise. :WWWW:
