Scalloped darts

Hi. I have been struggling with my holding of the dart for a long time now and I wss wondering if using a scalloped dart like mervin king's would help. Maybe I could just hold the dart on the scallop and throw. Or maybe it isn't that easy. Anyone use scalloped darts and what are they like. Thanks for reading. Cheers

Used them for a while and worked good for me. But wasn't having any particular problems with grip.

It’s the only way.
No one grips or throws a dart the same so asking is irrelevant
