NDB vote NOT to apply for BDO points-CONFIRMED HAHAHAHAHAHAHA

Guys, he's in hospital. Come on now.
I for one hope he recovers from the sepsis. Bursting at the seams with bullshit has finally taken its toll.

Waiting a few days for a response is terrible, I emailed the WDF a couple of weeks back and got a reply same day.

Email from the NDB
Dear all,
Last week, on Friday the 29th of November, we received the letter from the BDO regarding their new rules with regard to fees and we read it with great care and surprise. On Monday the 2nd of December we replied to the BDO by letter. The most remarkable thing to us was that it contains two measures that are not being proposed but that have already been implemented immediately part way through the season. Something that is in our opinion not possible, not legally, organisationally, or morally and has far-reaching consequences for countries and players. Therefore we urgently requested the BDO reverse both new rules.
This because of several reasons:
The new season has long begun and several tournaments have already been played or have been announced and have already opened their registration. This also applies to the Dutch Open Darts. We already have more than 1000 entries and the prize fund has already been communicated.
Many countries and organisers have already made different agreements with different parties based on the agreements we have with the BDO. This cannot suddenly be changed in the middle of the season without consultation.
The BDO already awarded points to the Dutch Open Darts and communicated this in their agenda online. Partly because of that many people have already registered again.
We gave the BDO a few days to respond and as you can see we gave them solid arguments as to why they should undo this decision. We did not receive a response from the BDO before the deadline. Therefore, we have come to the following decisions:
The NDB does not accept the new rules according the BDO letter of Friday 29th November 2019;
The NDB is not going to pay any tournament player levy and is also not going to pay the tournament registration fee of 5% of the total prize fund for the Dutch Open Darts.
That means that the BAUHAUS Dutch Open Darts is no longer BDO ranked.
For more information check the following website messages: https://www.dutchopendarts.nl/en/event/ ... ing-event/
We regret that we had to make this decision but we believe this is best for the future of darts, the Dutch Darts Organisation (NDB) and the Dutch Open Darts. We look forward to a pleasant cooperation with you in the future.
On behalf of the board,
Met vriendelijke groet / Kind Regards,
Nederlandse Darts Bond / Dutch Darts Association

Interesting the the NDB haven't made the decision on all events they have with BDO points ( they must have more). How long will the BDO take to acknowledge this.
Re: NDB vote NOT to apply for BDO points-CONFIRMED HAHAHAHAHAHAHA
So the BDO, being basically skint implemented this levy for points, which I assume was a plan for the future
However as they only have £63k in the bank and a massive outlay in prize money for the Worlds have implemented it early. Alienating the very people who would be paying said cash into not paying it at all and trying to distance themselves as far as possible from them, including the WDF who have thrown them out for other reasons which include putting false names in a draw and match fixing.
Have I missed much?

You would assume the BDO probably needed a bank loan and could use the guarantee of all these opens with points paying up money that they could show the bank as guaranteed income...
With that gone West I can't see any bank lending them anything.. too risky.... Wonga has gone bust haven't they
