That deal has been in place for a few days now anyway, hasnt significantly increased uptake. Believe it or not, not everyone can drop everything the week after New Year at short notice to traipse into London and watch darts.

I txt messaged a few people last night. They have heard nothing about Eurosport dropping the BDO World Championship. I am not saying that Oche Balboa is telling fibs, yet I suspect he's only been told half the story. There is no reason for Eurosport to not broadcast the BDO World Championship. The only way it gets cancelled is if the entire event is cancelled, which is unlikely to happen at this stage.

Think a bit please.
